Chef Annina
My name is Annina Schmitz, I'm a Qualified Swiss Chef and I migrated to Byron Bay NSW, Australia in 2011 after finishing my chef qualification near Zurich, Switzerland. I have worked in various cafes and restaurants in Byron Bay for a number of years before I finally made my dream come true of having my own catering business and bringing a little culinary Switzerland to the Northern Rivers NSW.
Now residing in Kingscliff, NSW and providing our services to the beautiful Tweed Shire area.
Passionate about different types of cuisines always brings me back to my roots, which includes growing up and getting inspired by my dad’s great cooking. I'm a one woman show supported by my partner Murray.
I design the menus, gather the produce, do the cooking and organise the venue decor.
